Fennelseed
North Gujarat and adjoining ABU area of Rajasthan state produce Fennel crop. Immature greenish seeds contains more Volatile Oil 2-2.5% while fully ripe seeds have Volatile Oil 1-1.5%, Being six month crop duration, Jan/Feb harvested crop is always greenish, later harvested crop has less greenish quality due to HOT climate.
Fennel requires much experience & expertise to clean stems, sticks, straw/Bristol other crop seeds etc., which we assure to clean well.
